Hey Gary. Getting close to sorting out the details for the new place in Venice. I expect we'll close in a couple of weeks and negotiate a rental agreement with the marina by April. I'm retiring the end of March and the wife and I plan a road trip to CA to visit old friends and see the places we lived since we were married in 1975, assuming they are still there. The place is a Townhome at Cypress Cove Marina (Google them; they have a YouTube on the townhomes. Has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a 1200 lb ice machine, freezers and a boat slip just out the back door.
