i have a 94 23 Regulator for sale. boat has TWIN 2005 yamaha fourstroke 150hp's with four yamaha guages, has lee on the fly adjustable rigger mounts and 15' rupp outriggers... all rigged up with long shorts and teezer reels. Boat has a furno radar system. a Northstar 951 chart plotter with two chips. keys and mid-atlantic.and has a lowrance gps sonar combo. this boat has a huge fish box in the front, has a 40 gallon live well, full canvas covers for console and leaning post has 5 rod holders on t-top and 4 on rocket launcher has 2 tackle stations. Motors have 220hrs on them and the boat comes with a 2004 load-rite trailer dual axle that i just put 1400$ into to have all the bearings brakes and tires replaced. The boat needs a good cleaning but just had both the motors serviced and new oil and fuel filters i also noticed, iv ridden on many 23' boats and have had many people ride on mine and iv been told and iv observed nothing has the Sea going capabilities of this boat...... i can email pics i have tons... any questions let me know ...
Id say about 150 hrs of this is trolling and idling.
the boat was also soda blasted and fresh blue bottom paint this winter
also just replaced the washdown, livewell, and saltwater washdown pump...
iv put 10k into her just this summer just looking to get out of it i was told this is the best site for regulators and im glad yall can appreciate these boats for what they truly are
    bad-ass fishing machines..
i hate to sell her but i need to step up to a 26 regulator so i can fish more days

    thanks,

Nicely rigged boat. Not a lot of exposure, traffic on this site for selling a boat however. There are better places on the net to advertise your boat, do you have it listed any place else?

Yes. I bought it and am currently having the twin F150s removed and installed on my '05 23FS. I'm going to clean this boat up a bit, install my F250and look to resell it in a couple of months.

Looked like a good deal. What is the difference between the older boat and the 05? I have a 94, so just curious if there are some features you like better on the 05. I havent been able to find much difference. You'll love the twins!

As far as I know, the hull itself is unchanged, but they made a few layout changes to the liner (moved the batteries from below the transom corner bait boxes to the console, improved bilge access via a hatch forward of the transom door, etc.) and a couple of other cosmetic improvements in '05. I'm keeping my '05 hull because its in overall better condition than the '94 and I've done a fair amount of work on it over the last year to get it how I want it. If the '94 hull was in better shape than my '05 I would be keeping the '94.

10-4. You'll find that the bilge acess is the same on the 94. They started with a hatch door, went to a pie plate, then went back to a hatch door. I guess they shouldn't have messed with a good thing. The 94 won't have scuppers as it all free drains out of the back. In many ways I like the free drain better.

Thanks for the insight. I assume the tank in my 94 is 150 gallon, but I have never really emptied it to know.
