Repower 225 merc

Putting some numbers on here from my repower 26fs with 225 merc running eco enertia 18.5

Flat seas 160 gallons of fuel and light loaf
hole shoot matches the 200 hpdi I had
30 mph @ 3500 and 2.0 gpm
[email protected] and 2.0
[email protected] needs a lot of trim

anybody dothis repower? let me know how your numbers compare and props your running. boat rides with bow lower than hpdi’s and fuel goes to 2.2 with some trim

I am on my second set of Mercury 225’s
Enertia 19 props. 14.0x19p. Didn’t like the eco’s
second hole down
100 gallons of livewell, 150 gallons fuel and 4 grown men = 56.5 mph
4200=40 mph=2.75mpg
4600=42.6mph=1.85mpg

Wow, gonna try and see if I can find a set of those to try. I’ve got bottom paint but that’s big difference

I soda blasted then sanded the bottom to 320

How many hours did you get from the first set of mercury 225? Those are pretty good numbers.
