Chris, love the pics! Great work.
So what was your final hole placement for mounting the Zuke? & do you know your prop specs?
Because I like seeing your water pickup, at least one of them, out of the water in the first photo.
Right now, my motor is buried. Ran great but both pickups were in the water. When it was tilted up at the mooring, both water pickups are underwater. I found it a pain to scrub the water pickups when a scum line appears in the warmer months.
Figured I would raise it to where yours sits after I pull it in a couple of weeks.

I am one hole up. get a small triangle of scum on the torpedo in Aug/September when the water is the warmest.

i am running an 3x16x17 Suzuki prop

@4500 i am getting 26kts and 2-2.15NMPG

to the pins im getting 5800. I would like to get closer to 6000, but havent messed with it.

Well she’s out for the season. Added another 207hrs (for a total of 400 now) on the Zuke. Absolutely love this combo.

Thanks Gulf. I just ordered the material from a local Sign shop and put it on. He also cut the decals for the Reg Numbers. He made the Reg Numbers reflective, figured every but helps at night.

I ordered the Rhodan 84" shaft, but they said March or April delivery. It's a game changer, for sure.

I would suggest calling Al Partin at Regulator to order some new SS lettering. Mine turned out great. Wasn't a ton of $$$.

Also, did you make the transom enclosure yourself? Thinking about doing this.

The transom gate came with the boat. But it’s just simple starboard with a top lip.

As for the regulator name plate , I kinda like it with no name plate. I get asked all the time what make it is. And the year. When I tell people it’s a 2000 Regulator they are always surprised. “Well that makes sense, those are great boats and built to last”
