Default Advice on selling 21 CC, how much ?

I'm looking for advice on how to price my 1998 21' Regulator, not many out there for sale to determine a fare price. I have a 21 in great shape, runs and looks perfect, low hours and very well maintained. Tee top with 3 sided enclosure, sunbrella helm cover, all new cushions with sunbrella covers to keep them clean, new lower unit and SS prop with 60 hours, gps chart/ depth and radar. new captain seats with cushions, aluminum heavy duty dual axle trailer. From everyone's experience where should this boat be priced to sell ? I'm in no rush to sell so I've no need to put a fire sale price on it. All comments appreciated

If it helps I paid $25k for my 1997 21 this past winter. 600ish hours on original 200 yamaha checked out by mechanic. Boat was extremely clean, new wiring, swithces, pumps etc. newer raymarine 12" chart/radar/fish, icom radio, fusion stereo, remote spotlight, under gunwale leds, dual axle aluminum i-beam trailer.

I think the price was fair, there was a ton of interest and the boat sold in a couple days. With a repower I've seen clean 21s sell for over $40k

I purchased a 2001 21 Reg this year, 285 hours on the original motor (200 HPDI). The boat was maintained extremely well, purchased for 30K and did not include a trailer.

Thought the price was some what high but still fair considering the condition of the boat, plus it was exactly what I was looking for. As DayChay said, there was a ton of interest so we had to move pretty quick.
