Default Help Establishing a value

I’ve got a ‘97 23 classic that’s in good shape. It’s got the normal wear and tear, a few screw holes that have been filled properly but never matched or perfected because of faded gel coat. Ttop has some pitting but new canvas. Boat under went a complete rewire with all new electronics and pumps. New cushions and bolsters. Fitted with a 2016 Suzuki 300 with 100hrs. Dual garmin942xs, fusion radio, 4speakers, amp, vhf, etc. trailer is original but I replaced all components including new torsions. I’m considering upgrading to a 26’ but having difficulty establishing a value on my boat to sell. Prices are all over on the 23s, NADA is joke. What would you think the boat is worth? Boat needs a good vacuuming, had a thunderstorm the other night and filled boat with leaves.
