Default Boat Insurance

Who are you guys using to insure your Regulators?

I just re- powered the boat and wanted the policy to include the new engines. Also wanted to know how far offshore I could run under my current coverage....she said stay local😡

I only run out 30 miles tops....once a year if Iím lucky!

Thanks in advance

RK

My 26 is written through foremost. I have an agreed value policy that pays me the dollar value I state it will require to replace the boat. I believe I have it set at $85k for boat and trailer. I have marine coverage that also includes the Bahamas since I have taken my regulator there. My coverage is $877 per year. Curious what others are paying?

After 70 years, the Supreme Court overturned this decision in the United States. Insurance regulatory law is primarily enforced through regulations, rules, and directives from state insurance departments, in accordance with laws and regulations authorized by state legislatures. However, federal law, court decisions, and administrative decisions also play an important role. So it is okay to include the new engines.
