Default Plastic Raw WaterHose Question

I need to replace a section of hose going to the raw water wash down spigot. Can it be bought at Lowe's? If not where? Anything special about it and the connectors?

Thanks!

If you're talking about the 3/8" plastic line(hose) I bought a roll along with the fittings from Home Depot when I installed an additional Hose Coil in my anchor locker.

That's it, thanks!

There was no need to mention the anchor locker wash down. Yet another project for me. Great idea!

To follow up, I fixed the leaking salt water pipe today. The pipe was leaking where it passes the starboard aft hawse pipe. I cut off the leaking part and rejoined it with a 1/2" outside diameter quick connect (the hose is 3/8" inside diameter) from Lowe's plumbing department.

The pipe was very brittle in that area. I figured it was due to sunlight hitting it. I am not real comfortable with the repair and will replace 12" of the pipe using the quick connects and Lowes pipe material.

Are the little metal piece in the quick connects stainless or are the lowes ones all plastic?

The plastic hose where it goes under the starboard hawse pipe to the washdown was very brittle from the sun. I replaced a couple of feet of it with Lowes pipe and quick connects. I will also keep some pipe and quick connects in the repair kit. Losing the bait well pump would be bad.
