Gameplan - did the Suzuki binnacle cover the hole from the Yamaha one? How about the Suzuki key switch and ignition control pad. Did they cover the Yamaha ignition key? What panels do I need to have cut to cover up the Yamaha stuff?

Lastly, what prop have you decided works the best?

Just for reference: I got a quote at the boat show this winter for a Zuke 300 with Flybywire for 23 and change.

250 was was just under 20, mechanical shift.
