Default Windshield removal

I am very seriously considering removing the windshield on my 28FS. I have an EZ2CY enclosure, so the windshield is an unnecessary impediment to my vision.

Here's the problem.....I am not AT ALL handy, and my friends who are, weren't able to figure out how to go about removing it. Anyone done it before or know how?

TIA

Dave

Call or email Al @ Regulator.

In the time it takes to log on and check this forum - Al can provide you with step by step instructions on how to remove it.

I emailed him a month ago and never heard back. I'll try again.

Remove the nuts from inside the console and pry the windshield frame up. Itís held down with some damn good tape and about 7 bolts

This is how the 26 is held down and I believe the others are the same. They typically have some rubber covers over the nuts inside the console roof
