Are you not sure where the circled #4 hose goes? If so it would be to the auction side of the washdown pump I believe. No transom livewell right?

Try 3x16x20 or 21 Zuke props. 16" diameter seems to work best on Zukes. I had 4x15.25x22 Zukes and 4x16x20 Powertech LFS4 20 got me .4 better mpg.
