I have access to a laser cutter which makes short work of it. I had to make a lid that was 3/4" thick to match what was there. I couldn't find any UV resistant 3/4" so I got 1/2" and 1/4" and glued it together with acrylic solvent cement. bunch of sanding and polishing. You can likely draw something up and bring it to a local shop with a laser. I can do one for you too but you have to pay me the material cost up front since it can get expensive. I am doing one soon for someone else on here so could do yours at the same time.

I was reading back over your thread about the clear livewell lids. couple of questions..you said for your center one you had to glue to pieces together? Also, do you have a machine or something to cut them? it looks great for sure. I have a 2000 Regulator with the squared removable livewell lid and want to replace with a solid piece of acrylic. I know theres plenty of places to make these but I was just interested to hear how you cut them out.
